The short version: Considerly works from the receipts you choose to send us, and nothing else.

This privacy policy is placeholder content written for development. It has not been reviewed by counsel and is not the operative agreement. It must be replaced before launch.
What we collect
- Your email address and password hash, or a magic-link session, to sign you in.
- Receipts you forward to your personal Considerly address, or upload, and the purchase details extracted from them: retailer, order number, items, prices, and dates.
- Purchases you enter by hand.
- The decisions you record — keep, maybe, or return — and the refunds you confirm.
- Basic product analytics and error reports, used to fix the product.
What we never collect
- Bank credentials, card numbers, or any financial account access.
- The contents of your inbox. We only see what you forward or upload.
- Location data, contacts, or advertising identifiers.
Why we hold it
A return deadline cannot be calculated without a purchase date, a retailer, and a policy. That is the whole reason this data exists here. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with retailers.
Retention and deletion
You can export your data or delete your account from your account settings. Deleting your account removes your purchases, receipts, and decision history. Final retention windows for raw receipt content are pending legal review.
