What the service does
Considerly organizes purchases you send us, estimates return windows from retailer information and published policies, reminds you before those windows close, and tracks refunds you tell us about.
What it does not promise
Return eligibility and deadlines are based on retailer information, receipts, and published policies. Policies can vary by product, seller, country, purchase method, and other conditions. Always verify important deadlines directly with the retailer.
We are not a party to your purchase and we do not process returns or refunds on your behalf. We do not guarantee that any retailer will accept a return.
Your account
- You are responsible for the accuracy of purchases you enter or correct by hand.
- One account per person. Keep your sign-in details to yourself.
- You may delete your account at any time.
Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through our payment processor, and start after the free trial. Cancel any time from your account; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current period. Refund terms are pending legal review.
